Pricing

I mostly operate a fixed fee approach, which means that my clients never have any surprises at any point during our services. Although every case and consultation is unique and must be dealt with on an individual basis, I have provided a general guide to our pricing structure for reference. Please note that these prices may increase depending on the overall complexity of the case. All prices are exclusive of any disbursements that may arise when delivering my services, dependent on the characteristics of your case. 

Fixed fees are available depending on the the complexity of your case, specifics to be discussed during initial consultation. Alternatively, I offer an hourly rate of £50 depending on the nature of your legal enquiry. 

I am not currently registered for VAT, so I do not charge VAT. However please note that I may charge for the VAT payments that I paid on your behalf as my disbursements.

Data Protection Advice

Legal advice regarding data protection, including assistance in exercising your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 will be priced on an hourly basis.

Consultation

The costs will be discussed with you prior to booking your appointment. I will charge up to £250 for initial consultation depending on the length of the consultation, the complexity of your legal problem and the volume of documentation to be considered during your consultation. However, some initial consultations may be free. Consultations may last up to 1 hour.

Contracts and Other Legal Documents

My fees for contract drafting and other legal documents start from £40 per page, depending on the complexity of your specific request.

Licensing Applications

Licensing applications can be basic, medium or complex. While basic applications take between 5-10 hours, applications of medium complexity take between 10-25 hours and complex applications take between 25-50 hours. Therefore, depending on the complexity of your application, my pricing will range from £200 to £2,000 excluding application fee and other disbursements that may occur during your application such as newspaper notice and preparation of plans.

Will Writing

Depending on the complexity of the will that you request, my pricing is as follows:

Individual wills : from £120

Joint wills : from £220

Trust wills : from £440

Translation

My translation fees are £30 per page.

My prices for matters falling under Turkiye's jurisdiction are set, as I am required by the law to charge in accordance with the tariff set out by the relevant Act and regulations, and the relevant Bar Association.
